1. Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days ($8.95 or free for orders over $150)
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days ($14.95)
- Same-Day Dispatch: Available for orders placed before 12pm AEST (selected metro areas only)
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST are processed same business day
- Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day
- Additional 1-2 days processing during sale periods
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to:
- All Australian states and territories
- Selected international destinations (see checkout for options)
- Excludes PO boxes and parcel lockers
4. Order Tracking
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email (immediately)
- Shipping confirmation with tracking number (within 24hrs of dispatch)
- Estimated delivery date in tracking portal
5. Delivery Issues
For problems with delivery:

- Contact carrier directly if delayed
- Report missing packages to us within 14 days
6. International Shipping

7. Rural Deliveries

8. Signature Requirements
All orders over $300 require signature on delivery. If unavailable:
- Card left for collection
- Redelivery attempted next business day
- Held at local depot for 5 working days
