1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
- Products are unworn, in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom/made-to-order footwear
- Final sale items (marked at purchase)
- Socks/hosiery (hygiene reasons)
2. How to Return
Step 1: Initiate your return:
- Log in to your account at MountfordShoes-AU.com/returns
- Guest orders: Use our Returns Portal with order number
Step 2: Pack items securely in the original box with all accessories.
Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (AU only) or ship to provided address.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment (credit/debit/PayPal)
- Deductions: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- Include your order number
- We’ll arrange free return/replacement
5. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes original shipping/duties
- Must include customs declaration as “RETURNED GOODS”
6. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return original items (free AU return label provided)
- Place a new order for correct size
7. Holiday Returns
Orders placed 1 Nov – 24 Dec can be returned until 15 Jan.
